Thunder Showers bring... Lots of accidents on the 405

It rains two weeks out of the year in Los Angeles, and LA drivers wig out if it even begins to drizzle. Most people here are afraid of thunder, and because the city wasn't built with weather in mind, all the streets are flooding as I type this.
I am in heaven. I'm coming up to my fourth year of living in LA and what I've been missing most about Montreal, besides my friends, is weather. I miss seasons. I miss the colourful falls, and the freezing winters, with the kind of snow that sticks to your sole and is great for building snow forts. I miss watching drangonflys mate in the spring, ha ha I'm including a picture of that because... well because I can and that memory makes me giggle. And, I miss the warm rain of summer.

And it is raining here and I am so happy.
